All efforts are made to insure that the product you receive is a near match to the photographic representations and product descriptions that appear on our website and literature. However, there may be some slight variations in the colors and design of the product you receive because each piece of art is custom made and one-of-a-kind.

Carefully unpack and inspect your art glass upon its arrival to insure that the merchandise is unbroken and meets expectations.

Shipping:

Domestic and International Shipping Charges are calculated at time of check out using the transportation method you select.

Returns:

Budda Belly Glass Studios must be notified in writing or by contacting us at admin@buddabellyglass.com. Notification must be done within 10 days of receipt of order to receive *credit. We will acknowledge intentions to return merchandise by providing you with a Return Goods Notice Number (RGN).

NOTE: If possible, reuse the box and packing material that merchandise was originally shipped in. This will protect the merchandise from damage during shipment.
SHIPPING MUST BE PREPAID IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT.
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days after notification to receive *refund.

Refunds:

Merchandise returned within 20 days is eligible to receive full *refund or “store credit” towards the purchase of any other product of equal or greater value.

Merchandise returned after 30 days is not eligible for refund or “store credit”.

Merchandise received damaged must be reported on receipt to receive “store credit”.

* A 5% Restocking Fee will be assessed on all merchandise returned for refund.
